Online and in all Yorck cinemas now

From 12.8. till 4.9. Berlin will be the centre for dance once more: This year's festival trailer gives a vivid idea of this year's festival. The 28th edition presents a programme of contemporary classics and new works by international and Berlin-based choreographers. The trailer can be seen online and in all Yorck cinemas as of now.
The team of Tanz im August is deeply saddened by the news of Rosemary Butcher's passing on Thursday, 14.7. We mourn the loss of this witty and inspiring person and are thankful that we had the chance to honour her and her body of work with last year's retrospective "Memory In The Present Tense".
